The Lake House is an executive four-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom villa for holiday rent which enjoys an envious position on the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort and offers unobstructed views of the lake and out to the Caribbean Sea. On the upper level, the villa offers a powder room, a master bedroom with a walk through closet and an en-suite bathroom, a private study and private terrace, two guest bedrooms - one with a private terrace, and the spacious main living area which leads directly onto the covered terrace.

Accessed via the grand staircase, the lower level of the property features the third guest bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a casual and formal dining area with a built-in bar, and a pool deck with a spacious sun terrace and a large private pool.

Staffed with a housekeeper and a cook, guests of The Lake House can also enjoy the wide array of amenities offered by the Royal Westmoreland Resort. These include access to golf, tennis, the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club, a communal swimming pool and a gym. Day passes are required to use the amenities at Royal Westmoreland Resort.
