Defined by floor-to-ceiling windows that evoke a feeling of bringing the outdoors in, the seven bedroom home also boasts many luxurious outdoor spaces, including a hot tub and heated al fresco lounge with a fire pit and large-screen TV.

An open-concept great room welcomes guests as they enter, with wall-to-wall windows revealing sweeping views of evergreen trees and the surrounding mountains. Styled in modern décor, this spacious, yet inviting area boasts a velvet, wrap-around sofa, fur ottomans and a gas fireplace with a mounted large-screen TV.

Just off the sitting area is a charming, Alps-style breakfast nook with bench seating, providing a cozy spot to enjoy pancakes before hitting the slopes or an apres-ski drink. The open layout allows seamless flow from the living area to the dining table and gourmet kitchen, creating an intimate atmosphere, even among large groups. Indulge your inner chef using Wolf appliances, or ask us for a private chef recommendation. With a chef’s pantry and ample counter space, this home was made for catering. Seat up to 19 guests between the 14-seat formal dining table and five seats at the breakfast bar.

In the winter, catch first tracks via the intermediate Golden Spruce run and keep your gear warm in the private ski locker room. You’ll also find two sets of washers and dryers for convenience. In the summer, take advantage of the wide network of trails, restaurants and live entertainment at the Canyons Village base. A private garage allows parking for 2 to 3 cars. On a day off from the slopes or trails, find resort-style entertainment on the lower level, including a pool table, projector-screen theater with recliner seating, wine room with bar and kitchen, and private gym with shower.

Accessed by a skywalk over a heated stream and natural pond, the luxurious master suite boasts wall-to-wall glass and opens onto a curved balcony overlooking the mountains. The massive en-suite bathroom has two comfy chairs, a step-in shower and soaker tub with mountain views. Two walls of glass open the guest master suite to views of evergreens and aspens. Styled with fur accents and comfy armchairs, this lodge-style room also has a cozy fireplace and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower and soaker tub. The third bedroom opens onto the lower level patio from a wall of glass doors, has a private fireplace, sitting area and TV. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower. The chic fourth bedroom has a picture window, stylish dressing area, and spacious en-suite bathroom with step-in shower. The airy fifth bedroom overlooks the mountains from a wall of windows. Guests have a private fireplace, writer’s desk, and an en-suite bathroom. The bunk room has four total beds, each with a private reading lamp. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower. The seventh bedroom has two queen beds.  A chic spiral staircase connects this suite to the main level, while glass doors open it to the lower level patio. The room also has a sitting area and a large TV. Guests have a private bathroom in the hall.
