Sorrento is a particularly convenient option: its historical center is mostly on flatland, there is a plethora of good restaurants and bars, and from here you can reach nearby points of interest such as Pompeii and Capri, as well as the southern shore. For all these reasons, Sorrento is often the destination of choice for families or larger multi-generational groups. Here, the unique Villa Vanisa, built on two floors, commands great views of the Sorrento Bay, Mount Vesuvius and the city of Naples on the horizon.

The villa is well suited for guests with limited mobility – from the parking space there are no stairs to climb to reach the ground floor where the social spaces and some bedrooms are located. You could go to Sorrento on foot (approx. 20/25 mins, downhill) and come back by bus or taxi. You can reach Positano with a 30-min panoramic drive, and Pompeii in less than one hour.
