This magnificent home is the newest villa in the area. Villa Sofia also has a casita which can be rented as a sixth bedroom. Villa Sofia offers a tranquil away-from-the-crowds unique experience.
Located in Tankah, only minutes away from Tulum, Villa Sofia is the perfect setting for a family vacation, excursion with friends, or a quick romantic getaway. This luxurious villa offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Villa Sofia includes five spacious bedrooms: four with king-size beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
Villa Sofia has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and a living area with a flat screen TV and surround system.
On the first and second floors you will find spacious terraces that offer incredible ocean views and comfortable outdoor accommodations.
Bordering the terrace there is a large infinity pool overlooking the private sandy beach and Caribbean sea. A truly majestic view. Right in front of the beach there is a big palapa which is perfect for dining outside. The inside and outside dining areas both have enough space to comfortably seat 10 guests.
Throughout the house you will find nothing but brand-new high-end furniture. This new villa is the perfect place to really get away and simply enjoy life in its purest form.

The villa has a washer & dryer – for the staff use only
Housekeeping can help with your laundry – there is not a fee, except for gratuities if there are multiple loads in the day
Please keep in mind, the housekeepers are assisting the guests with their laundry as a courtesy to help keep the clothes clean of small loads
If you are looking for a real laundry service, the staff can take it to a laundry place and do it for them and that would imply an additional cost.
