This 13,000 sq. ft. villa features new renovations that were finished in November 2021, one large principal bedroom suite, four additional guest bedrooms (all with king beds, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms), and one half-bedroom (with a day bed) for a total of 5.5 bedrooms.
Overview
On the first floor, the magnificent common area features 21-foot high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a triangular, glass-topped dining table (with seating for up to fourteen people), and a custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, modern appliances, and wet bar – perfect for entertaining guests or hosting a night with one of our private chefs!
The second floor features a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, card tables, a ping pong table, meditation room, and a stunning ocean view.
The third floor features a private fitness center (with free weights, yoga mats, a bench, treadmill and spin bike) one small half-bedroom, four guest bedrooms, and one palatial principal bedroom suite with a lofted office area and private terrace.
The outdoor area features a heated, private swimming pool, hot tub (for up to 12 people), shaded dining table, and multiple lounge/sitting areas. The villa also features a modern elevator lift for seamless transportation to all floors.
Blue Diamond’s unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three levels have a central common area surrounded by smaller rooms in the “petals,” or alcoves. All rooms feature SONOS Bluetooth speakers that can be controlled by the guests.

Location Details
Anguilla is located in the northern Leeward Islands, 10 miles north of St. Maarten.
The villa is located at the western most end of the island on Shoal Bay and is a ten minutes drive from the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal or twenty minutes from the airport on Anguilla.
Visitors can fly nonstop from major gateways in the US as well as from Canada, Europe and South America directly to Princess Juliana International Airport on St. Maarten and take a twenty five minutes sea shuttle or a seven minutes flight (private or shared) to reach Anguilla.
Visitors can fly nonstop to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and take a short connecting flight to Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport in Anguilla on Tradewind Aviation or Silver Airlines. Anguilla’s airport may also be reached by private jet and scheduled or private regional flights from Antigua, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St. Barth’s and other nearby islands.

The Blue Diamond is available as a standalone five-and-a-half-bedroom villa or it can be combined with the Petit Topaz for a total of seven and a half bedrooms. It can fit up to 11 people alone or 15 people with the Petit Topaz. Note: Petit Topaz (2 bedrooms) is included in Christmas/New Year's bookings, if available.
