This immaculately maintained residence comprises circa 6,000 sq.ft and features 4 beds in the main house and a fully self-contained 2 bed cottage.

In the main house, the kitchen is a chef’s dream with a double oven and ample counter space. The living area opens on to a large covered patio – perfect for dining and entertaining. All bedrooms are en-suite with the master offering his and hers vanities, a large walk-in closet and jacuzzi bath. This bathroom can also be turned into a steam room.

The cottage features an open plan layout with a full kitchen, separate living area and private patio. The outdoor deck and swimming pool are nestled within the lush gardens and feature a wet bar and gazebo, an ideal area for relaxing.

The property has a large generator that will power the house in the event of any bad weather, two water tanks – 1,000 gallons each, a water softener, full irrigation system, electronic gates, alarm system and sound system. 
 
There is AC not only in the bedrooms, but also in the kitchen and living room. The villa is fully enclosed with manicured gardens and beautiful flowering plants and trees. Offered furnished - though artwork, personal and sentimental items are not included.
