Main House

The Main House, contemporary, luminous and warm, thanks to the use of traditional material such as stone and terra cotta. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven, cooker, micro-wave, wine cupboard, food processor, mixer, toaster, Nespresso machine, juicer), a large dining room with its stone fireplace, a large terrace overlooking vineyards and the authentic town of Beaune.

The dining room can accommodate 12 -20 guests. The living room (A/C) offers the opportunity to relax at the piano, read a book or simply watch television with satellite.

There are five double bedrooms with bathroom for each and separate toilet. Two of them are suites.

The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer and iron station. To be visited with the owner: a unique wine cellar in a real cave from the Middle Ages is located underneath the house.

Cottage 1

100 m from the house, this cottage is fully air conditioned, with great views over the charming multi-leveled garden, the pines and the old town of Beaune.

A lot of charm thanks to the beautiful volumes and to the traditional materials such as stone, wood, floor-tiles, walls in lime and hemp. Private terrace and flowery garden closed by a stony wall and situated in a former stone quarry, with a very surprising natural cave! 73 sq. m + 12 sq. m mezzanine. It offers a large and modern living room / kitchen. Air conditioning and free WiFi access. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Cottage 2

50 m from the house, the wine maker’s cottage welcomes you into a large living room / kitchen with exposed wooden beams and country décor. Air conditioning and free WiFi access. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This romantic suite will surprise you by its originality as it used to be a wine maker’s shelter, just up the vineyard.

Outdoors

Outdoors is an organic garden. There is also a heated swimming pool (9m x 4m x 2m of depth) with chlorine filtration. There are 8 sun beds 4 umbrellas around the pool.
