Overview

Exquisitely finished, beautifully furnished and set within Champion Ridge at the Mauna Lani Resort, it offers a convenient location with many fabulous amenities only a few minutes away.

In contemporary Hawaiian style architecture, this single level view home was designed to embrace the indoor/outdoor lifestyle associated with Hawaii......and the pleasant year round climate of warm days and temperate nights. Located on a lushly landscaped 1/2 acre property, the home enjoys a private setting and includes four separate buildings (main living area, primary suite, guest suites and service), all connected by covered breezeways and tropical landscaped pathways.
 
The Main Living area is the heart of the home, consisting of: a large chef's kitchen with dining area, living room (opening onto the outdoor entertainment lanai, dining and pool), dining room, powder room, and 4th bedroom with a 3 piece ensuite bathroom. All main rooms and bedrooms have 10-12 foot high cove lit ceilings. All rooms have WiFi.
 
The Primary Retreat boasts a generous 3,467 square feet. Connected to the main building by a covered breezeway, it includes: a welcoming entry foyer, King size bedroom suite, oversized 5 piece bathroom, adjoining tropical outdoor shower garden, a large walk through his/her closet, full media, silent ceiling fan and a hotel style safe. Soft cove lighting creates evening ambiance and a sliding glass wall opens onto a large private lanai.
 
The Guest Wing contains two spacious, individually accessed suites. Each guest room includes a large bathroom, sliding glass panels opening onto a large south facing lanai and a King bed, large closet, full media, desk, vaulted ceiling with silent multi-speed fan and a hotel style safe.
 
The Service building includes a generously sized, fully equipped laundry room for visitor use which is adjacent to the owner's private garage and mechanical room. This home has 4 en suite bedrooms with direct outside access making it perfect for 1 To 4 Couples or adult groups.
 
Beach Club Amenities: Upon arrival, guests will receive 2 parking access cards to the exclusive , resident only, Mauna Lani Beach Club. With its own beautiful protected sandy cove, it offers great snorkeling and swimming, the use of change rooms, lounges, cabanas and showers. Snorkel gear, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. are available for rent and the Napua restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
 
Due to our stringent cleaning and preparation requirements for the home between renters, we are unable to offer same day back to back turnover.
