It’s the perfect setting for both relaxing and entertaining, complete with a wet bar for those evening get-togethers.
With five officially listed bedrooms and two additional flex rooms (showcased in our photos with a king bed and three full beds), the house adapts to your group’s needs, whether it’s a large family gathering or a getaway with friends.
The heart of the home is the chef’s kitchen, decked out with triple refrigerators and spacious quartz counters. It’s where culinary magic happens, and memories are made. Upstairs, the lanai is your front-row seat to some of the most stunning ocean views and sunsets Kona has to offer.
Outside, the 100ft infinity pool and a jacuzzi tub await for those moments of pure relaxation. Every bedroom, designed for comfort, features top-quality mattresses and linens, ensuring peaceful sleep after your island adventures.
Located in a secure, gated community, the estate not only promises tranquility but also a connection with the surrounding nature. We’re all about sustainability and respecting the beautiful land we call home.
This space is perfect for families looking to make lasting memories. We observe quiet hours past 9:30 PM to keep the peace with our neighbors (making the 16-seater movie room your go-to spot for late-night entertainment). Please note, the pool, pickleball court, and lanai close at 10 PM nightly.
While we love celebrations, the estate isn’t set up for parties or events. If you need help finding a spot for your event, just reach out. Our on-site hosts have their own private space, so they’re there if you need them but out of sight for your stay.
