This lovingly restored two-story residence, attached on both sides, has a grand past; if fact, it lays on the ruins of a Roman patrician villa, dating back to more than 20 centuries ago!
Positioned on a cliffy terrace along the coast, this delightful panoramic house boasts unobstructed stunning views of the Gulf of Naples, the majestic Mount Vesuvius, and the island of Ischia, and prides itself on its dreamy setting that is built around more than 3000 sq ft of luscious and furnished garden. The house also enjoys a privileged location that is within an easy stroll to the beach, restaurants and the town’s historical center.
Lige is easily reachable from the street, without stairs. It is within walking distance to everything, you do not need a car to go into town. The neutral palette and the use of natural materials like wood, linen, stone, ceramic and wrought iron give Lige a great sense of style and simple luxury. This welcoming property is perfect for those who want to spend quality time near the sea, or anybody who enjoys relaxing in nature and appreciating good food!

Ground Floor
A comfortable sitting area with plush comfortable sofa and armchairs welcomes you upon entering the house, and sets the atmosphere for a relaxed quality time. On one side of this room, a set of floating stairs leads to the lower level.
Lower Floor
The lower floor features a bright dining room with table for up to 10 guests, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace for warming up the atmosphere in the colder months. A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden includes an induction cooktop and a breakfast bar. For convenience, an additional full bathroom is also available next to the kitchen.

Lige offers spectacular sea views overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Unwind under a shade with your favorite book, or lounge by the private hexagonal 6-seat heated whirlpool while sipping fine regional wine.
