Overview

The property enjoys a sunny position, up on the hills, with commanding views of the valley below. The grounds are very well kept and guests can enjoy and unusually big infinity swimming pool (17 x 7m) with internal Jacuzzi bath. Furthermore, there is a large outside dining area under a covered terrace ideal to enjoy al fresco meals. A BBQ is available to travelers.

The interiors are large and airy. Air-conditioning is available in all the bedrooms, furthermore all the bedrooms have been equipped with flat TV, mosquito nets and modern bathrooms. Styled with essentiality and functional interiors the ambience provides the perfect environment for a totally relaxing holiday.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people available to travelers. On the ground floor there is a master suite with sitting room and en-suite bathroom (shower) while on the first floor there are a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite (bath and separate shower) and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and sink in the bedroom, toilet and bidet are separated).

Two extra bedrooms can be rented for larger groups, sleeping also 6 people (Santo Stefano 6).

Being just a few kilometers from the town of Lucca, the property is ideally placed for daily trips to the city with plenty of nice shops and restaurants, as well as for sightseeing the region which offers within short drive historic and art towns such as Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa or the sandy beaches of the Versilia coast. Furthermore there is a small countryside village less than a 5 minute drive from Santo Stefano where travelers can find food shops, grab an ice-cream or an International newspaper.

There are an extensive list of day trips that client can do while staying at Santo Stefano and Salogi Team will be happy to support you in the planning of your trips as well as restaurants booking or to give you tips on the best wine tasting in the area.
