Villa is gorgeous and Marta the house helping is amazingly helpful. Definitely have one of her margaritas and fresh squeezed orange juice. Beware of the rooster nextdoor that will wake you up before the sun! Although in a great place, be sure to bring your comfortable shoes because the cobble stone road to town is rough. The villa rents as 3 Bedrooms including a TV room, note TV room also works as 4th Bedroom with full bath next door for total 8 persons paying 4 bedroom rate. The charming villa is made for relaxing with a charming covered veranda with outdoor living & dining. The design is a charming tropical cottage with antique furniture and beautiful hand crafted Mexican textiles & Talavera pottery. The walled property is a tropical getaway, with the charm and energy of the Romantic Zone about a mile away. A short 5 minute drive to the very popular Los Muertos Beach & charming Romantic Zone.
Please note a nearby construction site, approximately 3-4 blocks from the villa, between the villa and the ocean partially blocks ocean view.
