This spectacular estate boasts seven bedrooms, (four spacious, oceanfront masters, mountain view private villa, separate boys and girls guest bedrooms), eight fully-appointed bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
The four, oceanfront master bedroom suites incorporate their own private patio areas, private bathrooms, and wet bar. Each of these master bedrooms are appointed with custom-designed furniture, detailed finishes, and original artwork. Master bedroom suites have California king-size beds, offer wireless and direct-line internet access, phone service, writing desks, private safes, and provide plasma screen TVs with satellite, surround sound, and DVD.
Villa Marta is a private, secluded, mountain view bedroom suite including a private kitchenette, wet bar, full bathroom, private balcony, and a guest safe in the walk-in closet area. The custom furniture antiques and finishes in Villa Marta compliment the exquisite detail found throughout Casa #1. Villa Marta sleeps a California king bed, offers wireless and direct-line internet access, phone service, writing desk, and furnishes a plasma-screen TV with satellite, surround sound, and DVD player.
The Boys Bunkroom Suite sleeps six (four custom-designed twin bunk beds and two full-size bunk beds). The Boys Bunkroom private bathroom and locker area includes dual showers, sinks and toilets. The Girls Bunkroom Suite sleeps six (four custom-designed twin bunk beds and a California king bed). The Girls Bunkroom private bathroom also offers a locker area, dual sinks, whirlpool tub and shower. Each bunkroom is detailed with custom furniture, desks, internet access, phone service, separate reading lights for each bunk, custom bedding, and detailed finishes.
