Overview

The large modern kitchen has a gorgeous wooden breakfast bar underneath a skylight, with a more formal dining table indoors. The large open living room has two separate seating areas, one centered around an entertainment center and the other with comfortable sofas in front of the terrace.

A villa-wide terrace, with seating in both the sun and shade and the outdoor dining room, surrounds the large infinity pool. Each bedroom also has a small private terrace as well.

The master bedroom is situated next to the living on the main level, while the second bedroom is on the lower level right below the first, with a third opposite the second. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level and is on the opposite side of the pool. All bedrooms have two full twin beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a U.S. king-sized bed. Each bedroom also has a TV with Apple TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

A 3-car covered parking area keeps cars out of rain and sun, very convenient to keep the top down on your convertible, plus a 4th parking spot just before the gate.

Villa Alpaka comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
