Overview

Designed by architect Allem Nefra, this villa offers sweeping views of the landscape and ocean.

This house has a modern layout with a central living and dining area, which is flanked by bedrooms on either side. The spacious living, dining, and kitchen area opens to the front deck with a pool and deck with several lounge areas. The living area centerpiece is an ultra-modern cooking “pod” that disappears from sight with the flick of a switch when the half-moon dome lowers.

Each air-conditioned bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and large, sliding screen doors which allows each bedroom to completely open to the outside deck and view.

A wooden deck with loungers lies adjacent to the pool. The house also has Wi-Fi and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Iris comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
