Overview

Situated at the far end of Lurin, Villa Krystel benefits from a central location in between St. Jean and Gustavia, and is just a short drive from the beaches of Gouverneur, Salines, and of course, the famous St. Jean beach. Located on a hillside, it also offers magnificent views and cooling breezes.

There are two ways up from the partially covered parking area to the main level. One is a winding pathway through the landscaped garden that leads to the living room and kitchen, the other is a stairway that leads to the large terrace and the heated infinity pool. A cozy daybed is in the far corner of the terrace.

The spacious living room can be air-conditioned or fully opened up on both sides to benefit from the natural breezes. It offers comfortable sofas, facing the view as well as around the entertainment center. A round dining table allows guests to dine indoors. There is also a large dining table in a semi-open setting outside, adjacent to a water feature. The villa offers a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen.

Behind the living room is the only bedroom that is a little bit different, with a different position of the bed and a different bathroom, but is only slightly smaller than the other three very generous bedrooms. The two master bedrooms are on the other side of the property, each in a separate bungalow. One is just a few steps up from the pool area, the other higher up, above the main level. The fourth bedroom is fully equal to the two master bedrooms, but has a lesser view. Instead of a regular European king-sized bed, this room comes with a European king-sized bed that can be separated into two twin beds. All four bedrooms come with generous closet space, and ensuite bathrooms with showers.

A small fitness room on the lower level, near the fourth bedroom completes the villa.

Villa Krystel comes with house cleaning services seven days a week, including holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Children 12 years or older are welcome.
