Overview

Set among the cliff tops of St Martin’s western coastline: Falaise des Oiseaux, you can see over to the neighboring island of Anguilla, Marigot and the most exceptional views across the Caribbean Sea.

The perfect blend of luxury, comfort, tropical nature and dream views, yet close to night life and all amenities. This magnificent six-bedroom estate has been renovated in 2022 and decorated with refinement and state of the art equipment. Although secluded in the private gated and exclusive residential community of Les Terres Basses, you are close to amenities and the nightlife of Dutch and also French side.

Built on two levels, the house has six large bedrooms with 6 ensuite bathrooms, three of them being master suites. Three bedrooms are on the upper level with access to the main pool or main terrace, and three bedrooms on the lower level, two of which have direct access to the second pool.

The main swimming pool is located at the entrance leading to the reception living area. It is heated from October 15th to April 15th. Outside this period, the heating of the pool is optional, for an additional fee. It is fully enclosed for complete privacy and wind-free living. It has large sunbeds, eight poster daybeds, lounging areas and a large fully fitted outdoor kitchen and bar with a covered dining area with seating for twelve.

Villa Infinity Blue can be rented in 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms.
