Guests are responsible for removing their trash during their stay. If trash is not removed upon departure, an automatic charge will be applied to the guest’s account. When guests arrive on the island, the welcome greeter will point out the designated trash bins and explain where garbage may be disposed of during the stay.

Offer valid on new bookings made between 3/5/26 and 4/1/26 on travel now through 12/31/26. Valid for select pre-paid services only. Services offered are subject to availability. No cash value. The value of any unused credit is non-refundable. Credit cannot be applied towards booking value. Minimum spend of $5,000 applies. Amount is based on the base villa cost and excludes taxes, fees, and security deposit. May not be combinable with other offers. All offers are subject to availability and may not apply to all villas or travel dates. Other restrictions may apply; please call for full details.
Special rates apply for holiday dates. Bookings at this villa are non-refundable. All rates are based on double occupancy per room, with the exception of children age 2 - under. A $50 per person, per night fee applies for extra guests above maximum occupancy, subject to owner approval.
There is an extra fee for housekeeping if guest are staying less than 14 nights. The money will be left on the kitchen counter by the guest for the housekeeper.
One complimentary greeting is included with each reservation. If you arrive later than 9:00 pm on St. John there is a charge of $65 for your arrival. If a reservation is discounted or for four days or less there is an arrival charge of $65. If an arrival takes place on a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) the arrival fee is $100
