Antilles Pearl
This 10,800 sq. ft. private villa features renovations that were finished in 2018, one large principal bedroom suite, and four additional guest bedrooms (all with king beds, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms) for a total of 5 bedrooms.
On the first floor, the spacious common area features 21-foot high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large dining table, multiple lounge areas, and French doors that open up to the outdoor pool area. The second floor is broken up into two primary areas – one half boasts a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, card table, and home theater section while the other half features two of the guest bedrooms.
The third floor features one palatial principal bedroom suite (with a lofted office area and private terrace) and two more guest bedrooms. The outdoor area features a heated, private swimming pool, shaded dining table, and multiple lounge/sitting areas.
Antilles Pearl also features a modern elevator lift (for seamless transportation to all floors), Bluetooth speakers in every room, a 50-foot skywalk (that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and makes it feel as if you are floating above the ocean), and a spacious rooftop terrace where guests can have cocktails or wine and cheese while watching the sunset. On clear nights, guests can enjoy spectacular views of constellations and shooting stars.
Petit Topaz
Petit Topaz is a cozy duplex villa with a first floor bedroom and an additional open sleeping area upstairs. It is the most exclusive space we offer and perfect for newlyweds or a couples retreat and includes a private courtyard and lounge area with a private plunge pool.

Location Details
Anguilla is located in the northern Leeward Islands, 10 miles north of St. Maarten.
The villa is located at the western most end of the island on Shoal Bay and is a ten minutes drive from the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal or twenty minutes from the airport on Anguilla.
Visitors can fly nonstop from major gateways in the US as well as from Canada, Europe and South America directly to Princess Juliana International Airport on St. Maarten and take a twenty five minutes sea shuttle or a seven minutes flight (private or shared) to reach Anguilla.
Visitors can fly nonstop to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and take a short connecting flight to Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport in Anguilla on Tradewind Aviation or Silver Airlines. Anguilla’s airport may also be reached by private jet and scheduled or private regional flights from Antigua, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St. Barth’s and other nearby islands.

The Antilles Pearl is available as a standalone five-bedroom villa or it can be combined with the Petit Topaz for a total of seven bedrooms. It can fit up to 10 people alone or 14 people with the Petit Topaz. Note: Petit Topaz (2 bedrooms) is included in Christmas/New Year's bookings, if available.
