Living Spaces:

Each home offers its very own cozy living space. Inside the main home are natural wood-paneled ceilings and industrial exposed brick and ducts that create a warm welcome for all of your guests. Lounge on the soft grey recliner sofas in front of the large flat-screen TV, or settle the score on the custom pool or shuffleboard tables. The Casa Blanca lies just a few steps away from the main home, offering rustic exposed, dark wood-beamed ceilings and fine leather furnishings with southwestern elements. The Spanish-style tile and dark wood coffee table effortlessly create an inviting space designed to help you forget the stress of the world you left behind.

Outdoor Space

Enjoy the unparalleled year-round weather that Scottsdale offers from the comfort of this sprawling backyard. Lush green grass surrounds the space offering an abundance of running room for children to play all day. Relive your youthful years with a round or two on the full-size sand volleyball court. If volleyball is not your jam, you and your guests can spend hours in the soothing outdoor hot tub. A deluxe grill perfectly situated within a u-shaped designed counter offers seating for three guests. Additional seating is available under the gazebo for the volleyball referees, while a dining room table for six lives near the grill. Enjoy some cornhole at Casa Blanca, rejuvenation with fresh air on the patio furniture, or relax in the private hot tub.

Elongated and eloquent, the main home kitchen is spacious with a wonderful flow to the dining room. The dark wood floors synchronize with the cabinetry and highlight the marbleized counters that double seamlessly as the backsplash. The kitchen space inside Casa Blanca boasts vaulted ceilings and similar lavish amenities with a southwestern feel.

Main Home Master Bedroom

Dark hardwood flooring flows from the kitchen and dining room and throughout this peaceful master bedroom. Tall ceilings and creamy walls make this dreamy space open and airy. A plush king bed suited with luxurious linens is outlined by two dressers and an eye-catching modern metal art piece. A tufted bench rests at the foot of the bed with a sleep sofa to the left and a large flat-screen TV on the ceiling behind.
One large, custom barn wood door elevates the cozy element in this space and offers entry to the private master en suite. Find true serenity inside the private sauna or enjoy a long shower inside your standing, fully tiled shower. A private toilet room, Jack and Jill sinks with ample counter space, and a dedicated vanity complete this fully loaded master en suite.

Guest Bedrooms

In the main home, the four additional bedrooms feature two plush queen beds with flat-screen TV’s, one plush king bed, and an additional room with a large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa and two twin-over-full bunk beds.

Casa Blanca Master Bedroom

A premium pillowtop plush queen bed centers the space of this second master bedroom. The natural wood bed frame pairs perfectly with the dresser, nightstands, and fine leather bench below the flat-screen TV. Adorned in fine linings and topped with hypoallergenic pillows, this dreamy space invites guests to hit snooze a few extra times before fully awakening. The master en suite features bright white counters and cabinetry alongside a sleek shower and bathtub combination.

Casa Blanca Guest Bedrooms

Guests will enjoy a plush queen bed in the second room and one twin-over-full bunk bed inside the third bedroom of this home. Both bedrooms are bursting with natural light thanks to large windows. Modern fans drape the ceilings of every bedroom for convenient temperature control and an airy feel.
