The house is surrounded by four acres of garden on a long stretch of the Sandy Lane beach. It is the perfect setting for receptions.

Heronetta consists of five double, air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.Two of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other three are positioned in the delightful cottages near the main house. The house has wireless internet in all rooms and a wireless printer.

There is a swimming pool, tennis court with lights for night tennis and a separate dining gazebo.

The property has direct beach access and also has its own private cabana on the Sandy Lane Property Owners Facilities at Sandy Lane Beach.

The property is a five minute drive from the Sandy Lane Golf course and also close to the courses of Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill.

Villa Notes

3 days are now required between a departure and arrival at this property. i.e. If there is a departure on Wednesday, the next available arrival day would be Saturday. This is to accommodate flights in the late evening/night, when guests may wish to request and pay for a late check out. The policy for this villa is that the staff must have this time frame to have the property made ready for new guests. Should your guests be checking out at noon as is the standard check out time, an arrival could then be received on the Friday.
