The villa is set at the heart of an 8,200 square meter landscaped park with a heated pool, tennis court and children's playground.

This 670 square meter dwelling offers elegant amenities in a refined decor, as well as spacious and functional living spaces. The architecture is typical of the Belle Epoque, with its lovely balconies, beautiful openings onto the outside, and majestic staircase.

Villa Notes

Note: There is a big difference in matter of view but not in matter of quality between the 3 bedrooms on the second floor (very large with light and view) and the 7 bedrooms in the basement with no view but all with independent access and very comfortable)

Please note that France villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request. It is common for pool heating to be an additional cost.

The Security deposit amount of €10,000 is pre-collected. In addition to this, a credit card withdrawal authorization is also requested and an insurance certificate as well.
