In a quiet location, the authentic magnificent stone Mas de Olive, set on a 1.3 hectare estate with more than 300 olive trees grown organically, offers its farmhouse and guest house totaling 320 square meters with views of the Alpilles & the Castle ruins of Eygalières.
This property is designed to accommodate 12 to 14 guests with seven bedrooms of 22 to 36 square meters, each equipped with private bathroom and water closet. The beds are 180 cm wide (king sized) and all of the rooms are air-conditioned.
The large living room of about 60 square meters opens onto an interior courtyard planted with a beautiful olive tree and equipped with a stone B&Q. It has a beautiful fireplace.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and to the outside terrace and the courtyard with barbecue. It is equipped with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a convection oven, a steam oven, an electric wine cellar, an induction hob, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
Outside the heated swimming pool offers a magnificent view of the Alpilles, with its pool house and several terraces. The property is located in the middle of several olive groves. It includes about 350 olive trees in organic cultivation. The land is planted with umbrella pines, cypresses and almond trees and has two pools with water lilies and fish.
From Eygalières, you will be able to discover this magnificent region with numerous archaeological and historical sites. Many cultural activities will be offered. The architectural and cultural heritage will not fail to seduce you. You will have the choice between the walks towards Saint Rémy, Le Baux de Provence, the Luberon, Avignon or small cruises on the Rhone.
Ideally located to discover the landscapes and scents of the Alpilles and Provence, the sites and villages around, nest several of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" such as the he beautiful and wild beaches of Camargue, Arles la Romaine, Nimes, its arenas, its Feria, and the famous Pont du Gard, a vestige of the prestigious past of the region. High in color, rich of an eventful past, true kaleidoscope, Provence reserves you many surprises! Savor the typical Provençaux colorful markets. You are also 50 minutes from the Pays d'Aix or the Camargue.
For sports enthusiasts and activities, nothing is missing: Horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, golf, tennis, canoeing, kayaking, etc.
