Overview

This old farmhouse, completely renovated counts 741 sqm (7,980 sq ft) of living space on three floors with seven bedrooms on the first and second floors. The ground floor has an antique stone throughout with four antique fireplaces.  There is a totally new state of the art kitchen with a double Wolf stove/oven plus back kitchen and utility room, all designed by Xaviez. The house is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating in the winter (cooling floor on the ground floor and air conditioning on the first and second floor). All soft furnishings, carpets by international designer Christine Vanderhurd, curtains and furniture (including beds) are new. There is also a wine cellar (ask for the inventory).

There are four living areas with vaulted ceilings, including: a billiard room and bar (with a small integrated fridge), a cozy small salon located in what was once the chapel with a screen flat TV, DVD, Sonos system, CD, a large living room with sofas and glass window doors opening onto the outside.  At the entrance, there is a large mirror and huge fireplace.

Then, there is very beautiful well equipped kitchen with an island, two sinks, fridge, a double Wolf stove/oven, all kind of crockery, a dishwasher and washing machine. Indeed, there is a wonderful outdoor dining area with a built in BBQ and a large external wood fired pizza oven plus a stone seating area with a fire for cooler nights and large turbo gas BBQ, a large stone table (seating up to 24 persons) with black wrought iron chairs - all located under the shade of two large trees. The swimming pool (13 m x 5 m - depth 2.2 m) has been fashioned out of the rocky landscape and includes a fountain. The pool is accessed through a gate and not heated.  There is parking for two cars.
