The open concept great room is bold and beautiful and expands through sliding glass pocket doors to the lanai, pool deck, and grassy lawn. Dine inside or out at the elegant dining table for eight adjacent to the BBQ grill station. Enjoy year-round sunset and sweeping ocean views from multiple lanais, the private spa, or while floating in the incredible infinity pool that seems to go on for days. The modern gourmet kitchen is the perfect hub for this flawless home. With multiple seating areas at the periphery and around the center island, top-of-class appliances, two sinks, endless prep space, and ocean views, what more could a chef (or enthusiast) ask for?

The gorgeous ocean view primary suite has a king bed, private lanai with daybed, several seating areas, a cutting edge hidden TV lift cabinet, and en suite full bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity, and outside shower garden. Guest Room 2 also enjoys ocean views and a private lanai with loungers and has an en suite bath with shower/tub combo. Guest Room 3 is outfitted with a king bed and en suite bath with a walk-in shower and a private outdoor shower garden - a tropical delight! Guest Room 4, a second primary suite, is detached with a separate entrance, allowing privacy from the main house. It offers a king bed, seating area, kitchenette, hidden TV lift cabinet, and a decadent en suite bath with soaking tub, dual vanity, walk-in shower, and outdoor shower garden.

Luxurious organic Malie bath products are provided, as is a dedicated laundry room with all your needed supplies. Two four-seater golf carts are included with your rental, as are beach amenities for off-property adventures.

Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to access these amenities but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $36-112 (ages 5-13), Adults: $72-$224 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. Resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and may be limited, without advance notice, during certain local events and peak holidays. No refunds or discounts will be given during these times.
