The swimming pool has a wooden decking with various sun loungers and incorporated palm trees. Adjacent to it is a pretty gazebo area with curtains and two more sun loungers. It is the best place for those that want to lie by the pool, yet escape the sunshine for a moment. The pool has the option to choose the color of lighting. This makes it a wonderful place to sit in the warm summer evenings with a good dinner or drink. On the grass pitch there is a built-in coal BBQ. Furthermore there is also a high class gas BBQ by the dining area.

On the lower ground floor, one will find the fourth spacious bedroom, beautifully decorated with double bed, which, as well has its own en-suite with shower.

The area of Nueva Andalucia features some of the town’s best restaurants, pool clubs, bars, nightlife, golf clubs and a choice of supermarkets. In just a few minutes’ drive one can be in Puerto Banus, Marbella old town, San Pedro or simply on the beach.
