Overview

Villa Tichka is a 2-bedroom villa located on Flamands Beach within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This elegant, hillside villa offers wonderful views of Flamands Bay and surrounding islands.

The spacious and bright living room, which is decorated with contemporary white sofas and exotic wood furniture, opens to a large terrace with ocean view.

Soft breezes and space on the large terrace creates a relaxing atmosphere whether for napping or sunbathing on the sofa bed, or reading in the Rattan chairs.

A breakfast bar separates the living area from a gourmet kitchen. Left of the kitchen is an outdoor, covered dining area with a large wooden table and seating for 8 guests.

The master bedroom is located next to the living room, while the second bedroom is located in a separate cottage. Both bedrooms are decorated with light-colored wood furniture and open to a terrace with an incredible ocean view. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with an outdoor shower.

Villa Tichka comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 8 and older.
