Overview
Villa Wake Up is a contemporary residence with breathtaking sea views and direct access to Flamands Beach. With over 1,500 sqm inclusive of large internal terracing, this property has been meticulously designed by leading architecture practice Architectonik.
The layout spans three levels, with the lavish master bedroom upstairs in the front with stunning sea views. Two more large bedrooms are also on this floor, facing the back. All six of the bedrooms have large windows, sitting areas in addition to large ensuite bathrooms and direct access to one of the terraces.
Downstairs, at ground level, there is one more bedroom and an office, in addition to the spacious living area, gourmet kitchen and internal terraces. One of these has an outdoor cinema projector and screen for family movie nights. The two final bedrooms are down another flight of stairs, at the level of Flamands beach.
The property also boasts a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, massage room, sauna, steam room, home cinema, study, family and professional kitchen facilities.
Villa Wake Up also benefits from state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and comprehensive security systems including a ten-day power and utility backup. All systems are controllable by wireless tablet interface from within the property and remotely.
** Pet Policy - Villa Wake Up welcomes dogs & cats as guests! While we welcome resident pets to the Villa, a Pet Waiver form will be requested by our guests to sign and acknowledge. Pets are restricted to a weight of 10kg throughout the villa.
