Villa Datcha is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Flamands within minutes from the beach and shopping. This villa is positioned at the end of a curved driveway.

The indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces, including the well-equipped galley kitchen with pass-through bar, are casual and comfortable. The living room with guest bath, high ceiling, and modern furnishings has a sundeck and opens to the covered terrace with ocean view.

The master bedroom, which is located on the main level, has an en suite bathroom with oversized rain shower and beautiful bed linens on either a king-size bed or twin beds. Various stairways lead down to the 2 other bedrooms, which each feature a king-size bed or twin beds, an en suite bathroom, and ocean view.

A deck with chairs and loungers surround the pool on the lower level and offer several spots for sunbathing or reading in the shade. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, beach accessories, parking for 2 cars, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Datcha comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older.
