Overview

Villa Romance is situated halfway down the road to Flamands and is just a short drive from the beach and town. The name, La Romance was aptly chosen and perfectly reflects the villa’s intimacy and its timeless mélange of contemporary and West-Indies furnishings. Villa La Romance offers charm and luxury and all the comfort people have come to expect on St. Barths.

This two-level villa has 4 identical master bedrooms with ocean views and two guest rooms. From the parking area, a semi-enclosed stairway leads to the second level with the large main room, which can be fully-closed off and air-conditioned. The villa opens on both sides, which can also allow the natural breezes to cool the space and to feel fully immersed in the Caribbean atmosphere. The living room with comfortable sofas is at the main entrance to the villa with a dining area in the middle and a large, gourmet kitchen on the other side. The kitchen comes with everything an amateur or professional chef needs and also has a long breakfast bar.

Behind the main room, is a cozy patio adorned by a lush green garden with a grill area and seating. Out front is the main terrace, which offers ample seating and lounging in both sun and shade by the heated infinity pool.

Two of the master bedrooms are on either side of the main room, while the other two are situated right below, on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms on the lower floor is accessed from the parking area, the other from a stairway on the opposite side of the house. All 4 master bedrooms have ocean views, a private, covered terrace with seating, U.S. king-sized beds, U.S. Satellite TV, Apple TV, his-and-hers closets and en-suite bathrooms with shower.

The 5th bedroom is situated behind the kitchen. This bedroom is slightly smaller than the 4 master bedrooms, but does have ocean views. The 6th bedroom is below the parking area and has a garden view. Both bedroom 5 and 6 have two twin beds that can be made up as a king. Each room also has U.S. satellite and Apple TV and en-suite bathrooms with a shower. A fitness room is located next to the 6th bedroom.

WV RMN is a perfect villa for a large family, or families, but will also suit couples vacationing together.
