Villa Palm Springs is a 4-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa offers outstanding sunset views.

Modern architecture and design mix with the latest technology in this relaxed environment. The villa features a heated infinity pool, a beautifully landscaped deck, living and dining areas, private spaces for intimate sunbathing, a fitness room and extremely comfortable furnishings.

The main house is comprised of a 600-sq. ft. master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, his and her dressing areas, rain shower, and TV with the US and French satellite. A second bedroom, below the master bedroom, has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The 2 other spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sleek design are located in a separate pavilion beyond the pool. Each bathroom has its own individual private terrace and offers expansive views.

An integrated floor plan has been designed to allow for continuous flow and tropical breezes throughout the property. The living area offers breathtaking views and provides ample opportunity for dining and lounging. The house also has a gourmet kitchen, multiple plasma TVs, surround-sound throughout the property, and a covered parking area.

Villa Palm Springs comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, and continental breakfast with 7-night booking from Dec. 15 to April 15. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but pets are not allowed.
