Overview

The modern interior features a blue and green color palette. The main room comprises a living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which open to the view. The indoor dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests. Directly adjacent to the dining area is a small, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, an Apple and U.S. satellite TV, dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Guests can access both bedrooms from the exterior terrace and parking area in front of the villa.

A terrace with several sitting areas wraps around the exterior. Located at the far end of the terrace is a gazebo with a seating area and hammock (perfect for napping next to the pool). This villa also comes with a gas grill, Sonos sound system, WiFi and air-conditioning in the living room only.

Villa Claire, or Claire, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
