Overview

The air-conditioned, spacious living area has a high ceiling, U.S. satellite TV, and glass sliding doors, which opens to the covered deck. The living area shares its space with a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast island and chairs.

Two bedrooms are situated outside the living room. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow above the pool and has its own large terrace with a seating area. This bedroom also has a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower, which can completely open to the outside.

Above the living room is a gazebo, which is intended as a yoga or fitness area, but can also serve as a lounge area away from the main deck and pool. The spacious covered deck offers comfortable seating and a large dining table. Loungers surround the enormous lap pool, which enjoys ample sun and tropical breezes. This villa also comes with a gas grill and a Sonos sound system.

Villa Jocapana comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
