Overview

Villa Lakshmi is a 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach and shopping. Uniquely positioned on the crest of a ridge, this villa opens to spectacular vistas. To the west is a panoramic view of the bay, while a mountainous valley lies to the east.

Modern architecture, wide windows, and smooth limestone floors add to the décor. Air-conditioning and gentle trade winds cool the spacious living room, which opens to the terrace and view. The living room shares its space with a dining room, which comfortably seats 8 guests next to the gourmet kitchen. A second dining area with seating for 12 guests is located on the covered terrace outside.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and 2 private terraces. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private covered terrace overlooking the pool. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the garden level, one has 2 twin beds or king-size, the other has a king-size bed and both have en-suite bathrooms and mini-fridges.

Palm trees, bright bougainvillea, and hibiscus adorn the grounds. A spacious deck with loungers, a hammock, and an outdoor shower frames the infinity pool. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, Apple TV in the living room and 2 bedrooms, U.S. satellite TV and complimentary mineral water.

Villa Lakshmi comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is not suitable for young children, but appropriate for older children and teens.
