Overview

Point House is located a few minutes by golf cart from the main resort. This is the last estate before the Rocky Point area, still on the resort beach side, with exceptional sunset views.

This three-bedroom villa has over 5,000 sq. ft. of floor space with high ceilings, filled with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows that offer dramatic views over The two downstairs bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the private sundeck are located on each side of the living room. The main bedroom is located on the upper floor and features an ocean-facing king-sized bed and a balcony with private access and expansive ocean views.  There is also an en-suite office that can be converted into a fourth bedroom. 

Outside, the black-lava stone pool and dining area are surrounded by lush vegetation. The private beach cabana is the place to spend an afternoon relaxing on the sand.

This villa includes exquisite butler service. The villa’s private butler will assist guests throughout their stay, helping plan activities on and off the water, from castaway picnics to kayaking along our waterway or wellness treatments in the Shambhala Retreat.
