The 3-bedroom condo, plus den welcomes guests to an open-concept living area with ample room for groups between a full-length sofa, oversized loveseat, and two chic club chairs. Stylish ottomans offer additional seating by the modern box-style fireplace. Enjoy a movie on the large-screen SmartTV or take advantage of Sonos surround sound for a night of music and cozy conversation.

The living area opens seamlessly onto the dining room and gourmet kitchen, where an 8-seat round table and 5 high-backed stools at the breakfast bar allow for sit-down meals. The gourmet kitchen has all the comforts of home, including Thermador Appliances, a coffee maker, and a charming tea kettle. This home has not one, but two dishwashers.

This room opens onto a private deck with mountain views. Bedroom 2 Queen Bed This suite offers sweeping views from a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, a large-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 Queen Beds Two sets of custom, built-in queen/queen beds comfortably sleep guests of all ages in this spacious bunk room. Guests also have a large-screen TV a bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub just across the hall. The private elevator entrance to the residence adds convenience and security.

Guests of One Empire Pass also enjoy ski valet service, a common lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness suite, and ski lockers. An on-site ski rental shop is available to rent skis, boots, and poles. There is also a small breakfast station offering yogurt, fruit, muffins, coffee, and of course- hot chocolate. Guests also have access to 2 infinity hot tubs and a game room with a golf simulator and arcade. Well-positioned at the base of the Silver Strike Lift, One Empire Pass sits just above the restaurants, boutiques, and ski beach at Silver Lake Village and a few short runs from the base of Deer Valley Resort.
